We're thrilled to confirm our headline speaker for this years TIO UK conference in Manchester: Dr Grant Collins, known globally as @thebracesguy. Dr Collins has amassed more than 4.6 million TikTok followers and 340,000 Instagram followers and is arguably the most recognised orthodontist on social media in the world! Dr Collins is also the founder of Collins Orthodontics in Rochester, Minnesota, a practice that has totally redefined what brand building, patient experience and community marketing look like in orthodontics. Remarkably, his practice runs no paid digital advertising and has limited reliance on dental referrals. Instead, his patient flow is generated almost entirely through brand strength, organic social media, exceptional patient experience and word-of-mouth demand. He is also the creator of The Donut, a bakery inside his practice that supports local families and funds braces for children who are cancer survivors, a reflection of his focus on community connection as a core part of his brand.
